What if I can’t get in touch with the owner after my booking?

As long as the booking has been paid for, the reservation is considered active.

We urge you to try reaching the owner through any and all contact details that they have provided. In the event of extreme delay contact our support and we will do our best to assist you in contacting the owner.

‚ÄčIn case of delayed check-in or cancellation the terms of your charter agreement will be in effect.
