How do I send a message to an owner?

For booking requests and inquiries, you can send a message to an owner through the Rentnjoy messaging platform. Simply click the “Send Message” button located beneath the price and calendar on the listing page (pictured below).

You will then be prompted to choose the “Check-in”, “Check-out” and include a short message. We recommend including some information about the potential trip (number of people, trip destinations, estimated pickup time, etc.). When the request has been completed, click “Send Message” (pictured below).

Upon receiving a message, you will see a new notification in the top right corner (pictured below). Click the notification or go straight to your Inbox to view the message.


In addition to viewing the message on the site, you will also receive a text & email notification alert.
